Workshop con Julian Angel “Historias del Ciervo”

Students will learn:

• How to make wafer 3 different kind of paper flowers.
• How to condition wafer paper to make it pliable, soft and flexible.
• How to make realistic flowers from coloring and painting to veining, texturing , shaping, dusting and using them onto the cakes.
• Students will learn how to make: 1 Peony, 1 English rose and 1 ranunculus, plus some leaves and branches.
• How to cover a 2 tiered fake cake with marble fondant.

Los estudiantes aprenderán a:

• Como hacer 3 diferentes tipos de flores de oblea.
• Como acondicionar el papel de oblea para hacerlo plegable, flexible y suave.
• Como hacer que las flores de oblea se vean reales por medio de la técnica de color, pintura, texturizado, forma, y el matizado, colocándolas después en los pasteles.
• Los estudiantes aprenderán cómo hacer: Una peonia, una rosa inglesa y un renáculo más unas cuantas hojas y ramas.
• Cómo cubrir un piso de pastel de pan y un piso de cilindro de hielo seco (pastel falso) con fondant marmoleado.
